Booking Safety

Please make sure your booking details are correct before travelling. Only confirmed bookings are considered valid. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible.

Child Seats

Customers travelling with children should bring any required child seat or booster seat. Where possible, arrangements can be discussed in advance when making a booking.

Payments

Payments may be made by agreed online payment, cash or card to driver, depending on the booking. For long-distance, early morning, remote pickups or first-time bookings, pre-payment may be required to secure the taxi.
